Seta Soujiro is a character from Rurouni Kenshin (NO DUH!!!) He has brown hair and brown eyes. I'm not exactly sure how old he is, but I'll estimate it somewhere around 16 years. But, I'm not sure that's just a guess, so you should double check that before you post it on your site sice I'm stupid.
In my opinion, Soujiro's past is one of the saddest in the entire show. His father had him with another woman (who was probably some 'lil slut) and had died, thus leaving him to an abusive family.
His adopted family hated him to absolutely no end it seemed like, they would make him do everything while they just sat on their lazy butts all day. His older "brothers" would mess up everything that he was being forced to do and then call and tell their dad (which is stuipid cause these people looked pretty old and should NOT be living with their parents still). So, needless to say, Soujiro was always being punished for things he didn't even do.
This is why he is always smiling. He learned that if he would cry and whimper when they were hurting him they would call him selfish and pathetic and just beat him worse. So, instead he smiled and laughed painfully as they had their sickening way with poor Souji.
All of this soon changed, however when he met Shishio. He had been doing some of his chores late at night (his family made him sleep outside, along with doing all but murder to him) and he heard a policeman screaming. Naturaly, he wanted to know what was going on.
Soujiro ran over there and witnessed Shishio killing two policemen. This, of course, scared the little boy that he was then, and Shishio turning and screaming at him that he would have to kill him for witnessing the murder did not help at all. But, all Soujiro did was laugh in fear. When Shishio saw this, he asked if he was so happy to die. After getting no response but the same fearful laughtor, he told Soujiro that if he would give him a place to sleep and eat and some new bandages to put on then he would spare his life.
Soujiro agreed and let him stay in the family barn. Sometimes, Soujiro would be in there and talk to him. During these times, Shishio would tell Soujiro that in this would, only the strong survive and that the week always died. This lingered on Soujiros mind and he thought about it often.
Shishio had also given Soujiro a very beautiful yet very deadly sword. Soujiro was very shocked at this, but had accepted it. But, Shishio also wanted Soujiro to murder his abusive family.
While Soujiro was laying outside on the porch one night, he was thinking all of it over. He came to the conculsion that he just wasn't strong like Shishio and was standing up to go to the barn and give the sword back, when he heard his family yelling. He wanted to know what was wrong, so he left the sword there and ran to where he heard them.
Basicly, his family noticed how much rice was missing and how much bandages were missing. They had heard about Shishio, who was a wanted and an extremely dangerous criminal. Of course, there would be an award for Shishio.
His family was enranged that he would "hide a deadly crimainal and help to keep it alive" so much that they tried to kill him to. Soujiro, of course ran. He got the sword that Shishio had given to himand ran and hid under the barn, competely terrified. His brother crawled under there and was trying to "talk him over to him". His brother, being competely stupid, noticed the sword and tried to see it. He took the sheith off if it. -.-'(This has been the most stupid thing I have EVER seen on television!!!) Of course, Soujiro killed him. (As would anybody)
His family heard screams from under the barn and were laughing, thinking that Soujiro's brother had killed him. Then...a body was thrown out from under the barn - and it was not Soujiro's. (This had to have been pretty bad, because they wouldn't show it at all on Cartoon Network)
His family screamed as they saw the dead body and as Soujiro crawled out from under the barn. When thye got over the shock, they all tried to kill him. At once. Once again, Soujiro used the sword.
After this had been done, he looked up at the sky. Rain poured down onto his small, confused body.
Shishio: Your not crying are you?
Soujiro: *looks to him, smiling* No, sir.
Shishio: Good. *begins to walk away with Soujiro*
Soujiro: *walking with Shishio* Do you think I could learn to become strong like you, Mr. Shishio?
Shishio: Yes, Soujiro. I think you can become stronger than all. Second only to me...
